The Brisbane Area Blood Bowl League is a tabletop Blood bowl league using the Competition Rules Pack (aka: Living Rule Book 6) as its base. BABBL is built around an Scheduled Structure, where each game in a teams line up is set out before them, maximising tension and excitement.
We gather about once a week to inflict as much carnage and mayhem as one game of football can allow. At the end of our league's 16 week season, one mighty team wins the honour of calling themselves the BABBL CHAMPIONS!
Here at BABBL online you will find links to all our teams & players (both past & present) and you can track the progress of your favourite squad right down to the smallest detail as they struggle, tooth & nail, for a chance to hoist the BABBL Bowl.

Season XI Announced
The eagerly anticipated announcement of Season XI of the BABBL has been made.
A new season of carnage, mayhem and fantasy football action will kick off on Tuesday the 17th of January.
Registration for entry into Season XI closes on the 13th of January, so get in quick and register. Send us an e-mail, or mosey on over to Ausbowl.com and sign up.

BABBL Champs
A bit behind the times for the 'news', but here it is anyway.
The Strassburg Spacefrogs took out the BABBL championship in Season X, with a hard fought victory over the Valodalen Nobles.
I'm just happy to see two agility teams go through to contest the finals rather than it be a bashfest.
Congratulations to Foxfire on his win, and the bragging rights that go with it for the next six months.

Lords of the North
Northern Wastes Challenge I is at an end, and we have our first victor. It was an interesting event, playing BB7s in the ice and snow, but a rewarding experience none the less!
Congratulations to Balthus Le Grande and his fellow team mates on the Biluxi Coutils for showcasing the best performance on the day and treating the denizens of the frozen north to a fantastic display of Blood Bowl skill and dazzling athleticism. As a reward, PLAYER was given a Magic Helmet to protect him for the remainder of his career, while coach Sart gets to take home some coveted BABBL Champion dice to help him brag about his exploits.

New, New, New!
Welcome to the new look BABBL!
What an exciting time to be a BABBL Fan! Season X has just started and already it looks to be an absolute corker! Not just that, but we have a Fantastic New banner and mascot!
Keep an eye out for more little surprises with our little mascot in the near future! (We need to name this guy too!)
Also, if you were a fan of Tackle Zone Radio, you best subscribe to Zlurpcast! Bouf and Greedy are back on the mic and you can expect them to prattle on every 15th.

Season X starts July 12th!
Ladies and gents, the tenth epic season of BABBL starts on July 12th!
This is your last chance to get in on the action, registration ends Saturday the 9th, and to complicate matters worse, I'll be on holidays starting the 7th.
