Your Long Search is Finally Over!
The Brisbane Area Blood Bowl League is a tabletop Blood bowl league using the Living Rule Book 5 and the BBRC experimental rules as its base. BABBL is built around an Scheduled Structure, where each game in a teams line up is set out before them, maximising tension and excitement.
We gather about once a week to inflict as much carnage and mayhem as one game of football can allow. At the end of our league's 16 week season, one mighty team wins the honour of calling themselves the BABBL CHAMPIONS!
Here at BABBL online you will find links to all our teams & players (both past & present) and you can track the progress of your favourite squad right down to the smallest detail as they struggle, tooth & nail, for a chance to hoist the BABBL Bowl.

Out of the Pit VI The Cursed Companions of the Carnivale have been crowned the champions of the RotGut Invitational VI and taken home the 'RutGut Silver Spoon' by scoring against the sadistic Dark Elves of The Coven and avoiding the evil Vampires of the Salem's Lot and the Mutants from Change Management.
In a Brutal All Out Scrap, it was the Beastman  Cabbage who managed to sneak over the line with the ball . The Silver Spoon that RotGut has pulled from the depths of Lustria has gifted the carnie with a fascinating extra long thumbnail, which it seems he has been sharpening to a razors edge! The Wildcard winning the match for the Third season running goes to show that every game counts and no one can be counted out in the Dungeon.
The Bovine Menace Chester the Molester has been awarded the attention of the BABBL media by taking home the prestigious Rising Star Award. His Season V total comes to 12 casualties and he has personified the 'Rising Star Award' by showing the Fans and Newcomers what it takes to play in the BABBL. |

Season V has Ended Season V has ended in a finals series rife with overtime matches and the tyrany of dead men. For the third time a Necromantic team has raised the BABBL Bowl, making it the fourth dead team to win the prize!

RotGut V - Out of the Pit The Maverick Renegades have been crowned the champions of the RotGut Invitational V and taken home the 'RutGut Silver Spoon' by scoring against the horrors of the La Sexorcisto AstroCreeps and avoiding the cruel The Uprising and the evil Salem's Lot.
In a long and agonizing affair, lasting a massive 7 hours, it was the High elf Catcher Ben Chapleski who managed to sneak over the line with the ball . The Silver Spoon that RotGut has pulled from the depths of Lustria has gifted the catcher with a fascinating mutation, and now it seems that he can heal from even fatal blows! The Wildcard winning the match for the second season running goes to show that every game counts and no one can be counted out in the Dungeon.
The Leagues Top Killer, Most Violent and most hated/loved Hall of Famer, Biff Shatterjaws, has been awarded the Prestigious Rising Star Award for the second time, making him the only player to have won the award twice. His Season V total comes to 11 casualties and he has again personified the 'Rising Star Award' by showing the Fans and Newcomers what it takes to play in the BABBL. |
