Gwaah!!
Well half way through the early season the CCC are proudly sitting at the top of Div A. But the wins have been made hollow after the loss of 2 greats in the last 2 games.
RIP Blacky Blackbeard killed by SandMan. Blacky was on his way to Goblin Harvester status with Piling On the next skill that was within reach. But it was not to be and the cold sandy dead took him away.
RIP Pin Head killed by Jormungandr. Pin Head was the most SPP adorned Warrior in the team. His ability to fill almost any role was a versatile commodity that will be sorely missed.
Both were in the original line up and both had proven themselves over time. But all things must change and there are some new faces loitering around the seedier areas of the Carnivale. Coach Para also noted that the team has really lacked in bringing the biff so far this season.
"We were once semi feared for our continual assault of anyone we met on the pitch, but lately the boys have been struggling. Maybe the season off wasnt the best idea and the boys are still warming into their newfound game plays. One way or the other, we are hoping the numbers pick up sooner rather than later."

"We heard the Crusty Bum Brigade was trying to take all the River City plunder, but we're here to spoil his cruddy little baked goods fete. Make no mistake, winning games is second on our to do list this season. Second to MURDERING EVERYBODY BWAHAHAHAHaahahaa.... *cough*cough* Ches has a big bag of candy, Cabbage has sharpened his blades and Trashcan just ate a week old egg and mustard sandwich so you better all use your inducements wisely..."
So go hide your wives and children, because The Tickler, Chester, Glassjaw and the rest of the gang are coming to town. And they want you to know about it.

Wowzerz!!!
What a game! Round 3 was by far the best match thus far this season. Down 3-0 at half time after recieving the kick, the CCC boys were only bouyed by the great casualty toll inflicted within the first 8 turns on the Wolves.
It was all the encourangement they needed to strike back and even the scores up by the final siren. And with mucho gusto did they propel themselves at their mortal foes! Scoring the highest casualties for in any game so far this season, no less!
In honour of such a great match, Mr Bungle dedicated this tune to the valiant effort of the Carnivale folk.
"Come with uncle," I said, "and hear all proper. Hear angel trumpets and devil trombones. You are invited."

CCC Announce New Support Act!
With the new Season over the horizon, the CCC have managed to talk fervent supports Mr Bungle to play at several of our half time matches! And also to allow use of their music at our training sessions!
The lucrative deal ensures that Mr Bungle plays a minimum of 6 shows through out the season. But the shows aside, the CCC players are amped at the prospect of their favorite group supporting them.
Mr Bungle have always been close to our black hearts. And to help with the announcement of our deal, we would like to showcase the opening theme song for Season 6. So without further adue, we give you CCC opening theme music for Season6!!!!
