The Blood Shed that has been BABBL Season V continued this week with a dominant Victory by your Number 1 team Ragnarök Blues! in their match against the Pickles and Rye.
We won't lie listeners, it Was a walkover for the Blue Boys, led by the Legendary Hakon Bloodhoof, who savaged his way to 3 casualties, total field dominance and the Man of the Match Award for it.
Like the Round 1 clash, both sides knew exactly how the other team was going to play, with the only exception being the new Star Player induced by the Pickles for this game for the first time. Word went out early however from the coaching box down to Hakon to take care of the new threat in the form of the slippery Willow Rosebark. This was answered by the Mino and Willow the Ragnarök Blues first Casualty for BABBL Season V!
The first half was a big scuffle over the ball. The Blues kicked off to a very offensive Halfling side, but through sheer dominance in defence the ball was knocked out of the little plebs hands a number of times and consolidated on, finally towards the back end of the half it was then secured by the silent and violent Dark Elf Prince Frederik who strolled over to score. It was a demoralising blow for the Pickles and Rye who never really recovered to get back in the game.
The second half, like the rest of the season was a slow wind down for the Blues, who made it obvious to the opposition that all they needed to do was keep control of the ball and walk in over in good time.
It was a Good developmental game for the team, most notably Hakon, who is now boasting of his juggernaught efforts.
For all those who were confused as to why the Pickles game was pushed ahead of the scheduled game against the Three Muskateers, we can only say that word coming from the camp is that the teams coach petitioned for the postponal of the match.
Scared? That is what we here at 66.6FM think!

66.6FM - Round 2, TTT Black & Blue
Welcome once again to the sizzling Satanic 66.6FM, our Presumably Posessed Listeners!
Round 2 of the BABBL Season V brought to us another crushing Win to the Ragnarök Blues, trouncing the Tiny Town Terrified players 2-0.
We here at Satanic, would like to now pause for a moment in rememberence however, at the loss of one of the famous Sřrenson brothers Osvald Sřrenson, Older brother of Jokum.. who in an after game interview had this to say:
"My brother was a good Blood Bowler, as am I and this team. I mourn the Loss of him, however I will have vengence on the TTT. Blood will be spilled in our Next game.. I can assure you that!"
Sounds like we will have an exciting rematch later this season.. I am sure the Jokum will make good of his word and carnage will be had that day!
The game really was owned by complete domination from the Blues, wether in field position, ball handling or Touch Downs.
The first half centered around a huge tussle in the Middle. Much to the Blues liking the TinyTown Terrors opted to recieve the ball for the first half, this however did not last for long because about a third the way through the half around the halfway line of the field ball control was lost by the TTT, who then from this point struggled to get the ball and themselves out of their own half!
The Blues pulled up one of their defensive plays and managed to consistently surround the ball, making it hard for the TTT to gather it back up, with little care as to picking it up themselves, as running down the clock and field domination was the name of the game. Towards the back end of the half however the Blues managed to secure control of the ball and through the dashing ability of the Dark Elf Prince Frederik crossed the line with ease just as the clock ticked over Half Time.
This is where it started to go further down hill for the TinyTown Terrors, as the Blues recieved the next half and did not show the opposition the ball for the remainder of the game.
Even with 2 players down the Ragnarök Blues were unstoppable, cutting through the opposition like butter & with a renewed vengence after the loss of his brother Jokum Sřrenson ravaged his way through the opposition defence with Zeal & tenacity unheard of by mere normal Men.
The team has also announced two fresh players to the Ranks of the Mighty Blues. Some say Scouted by Don Nightstalker & Hakon Bloodhoof themselves, these men will be willing to serve and impress over the next few games & beyond.
~In other News due to unforseen personal issues the team will enter the game next round Under the guidance of Coach Psuedoman, who has promised to bring a spectacle to the Fans & Chaos down on the Three Mouseketeers.

66.6FM - Round 1 Review
Hey hey, to all the Chaotically Corrupted Blues Fans out there...
You're listening to Satanic 66.6FM, proud sponsors of the Division III Ragnarök Blues, your only choice of team if you want to see blood and Gore in the Gods name every Match!
The Blues Opened the Season in Terrifying Form, with a First round 2-1 grinding win over the little known Pickles and Rye. The win also came at no loss for the Pact, but a wealth of skill and progression was apparent in return!
The game started off slow, the squirmy halflings proving hard to catch, little potbelly's dodging all over the field. With the help of some solid defence by the Blues however, a turn over was caused by the ruthless Johan Lindburg. The Blues then capitalized on the lost ball and surrounded it towards the later stage of the first half.. Despite the Halflings trying their Best to recover the pill from the feet of the Pact however, they were unable to and the brute force of the pact opened the way for the team to stroll over through the hands of Jokum Sřrenson. The Blues went into Half time with a 1-0 lead and were ready to recieve the ball in the second half.
The second half, true to the Blues form turned out to be a bloody affair and although the midgets hit back through the help of the star player Deeproot that they had purchsed and a fat little Halfling getting thrown, casualty dominance was maintained.
With the scores level about a third the way through the second half, both teams could feel the tension in the air... Obviously the Fans could too! Blues Fans leapt from their seats in the thousands and flocked the field. The end result was 6 halflings injured and the Ragnarök Blues were able to mount up a solid cage and stroll over once more through Nikulas Eriksson.
Although the Halflings had a last Ditch effort to level the scores in the dyeing stages of the game.. They Failed & the writing was on the wall.
